Jase Enterprise is a privately-held and family operated sales and marketing firm located in greater Los Angeles. We are currently seeking individuals that possess strong communication skills and preferably have 1-2 years of experience in a fast paced sales/hospitality environment. Our clients focus on green and energy efficiency products for residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the sales process at each stage for the customer accounts.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Maintain strong knowledge on products, pricing and competitive offers in the market.
• Brand Management; promote a positive and professional image for our brand.
• Identify the specific needs of the customer and provide tailored solutions that fit their lifestyle.

Qualifications

As with any organization, it is the people who make it successful. With that in mind, these are the traits we are looking for to fill this position:

• Minimum high school diploma/GED; Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a relevant field is preferred.
• Outgoing, people person with strong interpersonal skills.
• 1-2 years of customer service, B2B/ B2C sales or relevant experience.*
• Goal oriented with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Must have full-time availability.

* Full training will be provided. However, experience in customer service, sales, retail or hospitality is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.73 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
